How long will it take for my order to ship?
All our orders are packed with love and care in Austria and are dispatched from Monday through Friday within the same business day if you order before 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time). Orders received after 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time) will be dispatched the following business day. Delivery time to Austria is approximately 1 to 3 working days and Germany 2 to 5 working days. European orders take about 5 to 7 working days to arrive.

Are returns free?
Unfortunately, not! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless items are faulty.
